SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORDER PROCESS
Orders are processed Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or US holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Ready-made ships 3-5 days after purchase date.
  • Made-to-order ships 10 business days after purchase date.
  • Ready made purchased with made to order ships 10 business days after purchase date. 

If your order was placed during a promotional sale or during peak seasons, 15 business days is  required for processing.

*An order can be cancelled or modified once processing has not yet started.
 
Domestic and worldwide shipping is currently provided via USPS. Once shipped, tracking will be provided. 



USA  2-5 business days to arrive | Canada  2 weeks to arrive International  3-4 weeks to and is finally delivered by your local post office.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
If you are ordering outside of the United States, you might be subject to custom duties and tax fees. These charges are set and collected by your country. Kindly contact your local customs office for more information regarding international duties and taxes.

 

RETURN  POLICY

All returns, exchanges and refunds for handmades are decided on a case-by-case basis. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Please email lucysandalsja@gmail.com with your complaint within 7 days of receipt of item. Items are entitled to be returned, exchanged or refunded based on complaint. Before requesting a refund, you must take into account the description of the item received. If the item received matches the description of the item listed or the order request that you made, a refund will not issued.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in proper packaging.
  • If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • Please note that I reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
REFUNDS POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. If funds weren’t received within 3-5 business days of receiving confirmation of refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take longer than 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear on your account.

 

Refund Deduction
Please note that the cost of initial shipping and also a credit card transaction fee of 3.9% plus $0.30 will be deducted from your refund in all cases. 

Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days after item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items are non-returnable/ non-fundable.
