HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ARCH.

Stand firmly on the floor, using the CENTIMETER side of a tape measure, measure across the arch area of your feet. Do not include the distance underneath your feet (the soles of your feet), Measure from floor,across your arch, to floor.

To be more clear: The tape measure should be at 0. Start measuring from the floor on the inner side of your feet, go over the arch of your feet and end on the floor on the outter side of your feet. It's important that the foor is the starting and ending point of this procedure. Double check your measurements. Make a note of measurements in the customization text box before checking out.

ARCH MEASUREMENT IS ONLY REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE FLAT OR HIGH ARCH AND IF YOU ARE ORDERING SANDALS THAT HAS BANDS WHICH WOULD GO ACROSS THE ARCH AREA OF FEET.
